Cancellation And Refund Policy

• Bookings & Amendment of bookings open for 24 hours.
• Cancellation of journey with 100% Refund will be allowed upto 11:59 PM on the previous day of journey.
• Transaction fees charged would be borne by visitor for any payment.
• Transaction fee charges would not be refunded/ reversed under any circumstances for any refund/ reversal /chargeback and any other reasons.
• Visitors barred to visit SUNDARBAN TIGER RESERVE guards due to some activities (e.g carriage of liquor, plastic, pet or other activities not permitted in SUNDARBAN TIGER RESERVE) will not get the refund
